Sedikit Petua

Petua yang patut orang yang berazam nak kuruskan badan patut tahu:

1. "Don't do anything to lose weight that you can't see yourself happily doing for the rest of your life"...

2. "Let your body process your food rather than paying a factory to do it for you" Senang cakap daripada makan sosej atau nuget (makanan siap proses), makanlah makanan segar.

3. "Fill half your plate with vegetables"... rice and lauk pauk amik separuh bahagian lagi.

Ah sayur itu mmg feberet aku sejak dr tecit.
Esok2 aku nak ajar anok2 aku diet dr kecik ah.
menum selepas 3omenits...
jogging ajar awl2 lg wahaha.

Kekgi mu buleh ah pakai baju2 kurung aku pulok nih :D

aku tak suka sayur tapi now dah pandai berusaha makan sayur...penuh sayur aku amik..wakakaka.. :D kagum dengan diri sendiri,
sila la suh anak2 jogging nanti membesar idakla jadi mcm anak gabriel solis :)
