@65kg

Gambar ni aku amik pagi tadi sebab nak send pada kak kaseh untuk the biggest loser contest. Alang-alang dah snap, tepek la kat sini sekali. Motif pakai stokin time timbang, supaya orang tak nampak kaki aku la..apa lagi alasan kan? Hahaha

Minggu ni macam biasa la. Ini pemakanan aku. Kalau notis hari2 aku makan ayam juga. Aku kan pengemar ayam tegar.

Isnin - MC food poisioning, tengahari makan nasi, sayur banyak dengan ayam masak merah (fuh minyak penuh, wakaka), snack mangga sebjik (pasal cuti bersnek a), petang, keuw teau sup (keue teaw skit je, aku belasah suku je..lain aku buang makan sayur2 dan ayam je lebih).

Selasa - breakfast nesvita coklat, lunch ayam goreng kecil 2 ketul (macam biasa perah minyak sampai penat dulu) manga, timun dan tomato, petang roti breaktru 2 keping dengan rasberry jem. Senaman: Briskwalk + jogging for 7km.

Rabu - breakfast nesvita coklat, lunch ayam goreng kecil 2 ketul (minyak diperah), roti breaktru 3 keping dengan rasberry jem, malam sup ayam. Senaman: Jalan kat Jusco Wangsa Maju for 2 hours.

Khamis - breakfast roti breaktru 2 keping denga omelet, lunch sawi pendek dengan ayam stim, dinner mangga 1 bijik. Senaman: Briskwalk + jogging for 7km.

Jumaat - nesvita coklat for breakfast, mangga + timun + ayam goreng for lunch. Dinner lum tahu lagik :)
