Berat Statik, Feeling Aku Je Kot?

Dah dua minggu rasanya tak ada beza. Duk sama cam tu je. Tiba tiba aku realise aku dah kurang bersenam. Yeah I mean... aku gi tasik titiwangsa 2 kali seminggu. Buat aktiviti lain 2 kali seminggu tapi aku dah kurang meregimkan senaman secara kuat dalam life aku. Aku benci stop bersenam waktu pagi. Malas tu datang berganda-ganda lak. Feeling tak fresh waktu gi kerja sebab tak bersenam dulu.

For the past 4 months I am able to wake up early to exercise. Tapi sejak aku stop sekejab..aku jadi malas. Dulu asal alarm bunyi terus bangkit..now asyik Snooze je. Adoi....please la otak..pagi-pagi jangan jadi lemau asyik tekan Snooze button. Bangunla awal skit.

Saya berazam, pagi esok saya nak bangun awal. Usaha usaha. <-- Azam 10 Jun 2009 aku.

start last week sejak x senam pagi berat statik!!
benci betul bila plateau nie.. azam minggu nie nak bgn awal buat cardio.. biasa set jam 6pg.. tp sama gak.. snooze memanjang.. last2 x sempat nak senam. buat situp je tu pun sbg penuhi syarat. xpeluh langsung..

camne nak boost balik nie? semangat pudar :(

rasanya memang kalu tak paksa body burn lemak pagi-pagi lambat la turun.huhuhuh...moh kita rajinkan diri bangun pagi...demi membakar that evil fat.

snooze snooze...kerat jari jugak sudahnya..ihiks :D

senam ni klu dah stop mule lah liat semacam (macam aku ni lah, swimming je tak malas, yg lain sume pemalas tahap otromen)

owner, aullea hari tu plateau 10hari..skrg dah turun balik.. hehe. rasanya plateau tu nak shaping body + gain muscle. *think positive*

BTW azam ku berjaya nak bangun awal..tapi berjaya on that 10.06 je..ari lepas tu takde bgn dah..wakaka
