Misi Minggu Ini

1. Aku harap petang tak hujan, pasal aku nak gi usha mamat-mamat sedang berjogging EH bukan! pasal aku nak jogging dan briskwalk! Kalau boleh setiap hari.

2. Dari hari ini ke hari Jumaat, aku buat plan pemakanan yang sangat best bagi aku. Pagi aku nak makan roti seketul, lunch macam biasa. Petang aku nak minum yogurt jer. Aku dah rasa badan aku mengembang walaupun kilos tak naik.
