30 days Shred

Aku berazam nak start 30days shred mulai pagi esok. Kalau aku tak berjaya buat waktu pagi, petang le kot. Harap-harap lepas subuh je aku leh pujuk mata dan badan aku dari kekal bergolek-golek di atas katil kepada buka laptop usha dan follow itu awek Jillian Michael melompat. 20mins per sessi not too bad. Apatah lagi, kesan peluh shred tu aku rasa sama macam aku berlari jogging 1jam. Pandaila dia reka step. Heh. Bertahan sampai sebulan turun 5pounds pun dah cukup bagus.

Dem... I is leka and leka and leka. Stamina macam dah kurang, aku rasa dah macam lemau. Dulu 2 pusingan titiwangsa aku boleh lari non stop, sekarang 1 pusingan pun berhenti 2 kali. Maluuuuuuuuu.

ezza, for starter nie ko try ah wat 10 days for each level..

10 days - Level 1
10 days - Level 2
10 days - Level 3

style haku camtue ah.. pastuh bile body dh adapt, ko combine 2 level laks p/day.. konpem body akan cepat menjadi ripped + arms ko betambah strong.. then jgn lupe train abs hari²..

diana, wah pergi gym. lagi syok.. ada trainer dan alatan semua. masuk tbl eh. tbl tu jgn berharap sgt, yang penting kita kena push diri kita. syok wooo bila kita tengok kat scale...nombor tu makin turun :)

ein, tu la tu... each level for 10days. tapi aku selalu main level 1 je. Hahaha gile aku takut tgk level 3. apapun kali ni aku nekad. hahaha. ko camne perkembangan skrg? bila mo gi jogging sesama neh? ngeeee

tpi dlm bebyk level, level 2 ah haku plg nyampah skali.. klu nak compared level 2 ngan 3, level 2 lgi hazab.. takpe, ko slowly je start leks..

haku nye pekembangan eks..?? maken mengembang kots sbb since 3 months nie idop adalah sangat bz.. tiap² hari haku abes keja mlm, pastuh makan tunggang-langgang, skang barula nak insap² sme..

berat pon maen turon naek je.. cuma paling haku risau part muscle yg baru nak jdi dulu dah start melembik balek.. lower body dah buruk gyler, nie la pon probs haku smpai ke sudah..

joging tade hal.. jum lah.. bile tue..?? haha.. !
