Gula Penyebab Obesiti

Garam retain water dalam badan. Gula Penyebab Obesiti. Yeah. Bersederhana. Jangan banyak makan penambah perisa. Lagi tasteless sesuatu makanan, lagi baik untuk kesihatan. ;)

Aku jumpa satu penanda buku yang best untuk dikongsi bersama. 




Marilah kita kurangkan gula. Aku tak kisah sangat dengan kenaikan harga gula. It wont effect me much. I hope we can change our way of eating and drinking. Aku  asal dari pantai timur. Kalau sesapa dari sana tahu, orang pantai timur use gula almost in everything. Masak kari pun letak gula. Jadi, kalau aku boleh mengurangkan manis dalam kehidupan, I am sure we all can survive this easily. Kempen kurangkan gula bermula sekarang. :)
