Lari-Lari Aku Berlari

Kalau dah tak gedempol, tak semestinya tak kembali gedempol. 'Jangan selesa sangat'. Someone told me that. Aku dapat lari 5km yesterday dengan sekali stop je walaupun dah dekat seminggu tak gi berlari. Yeay. Selow la tapinya. Apa yang aku yeay kan? Sebab aku berupaya lari lagi. Ingat dah berat bontot dah. Hahaha.

Setiap kali aku rasa nak berhentikan kaki aku dan mula berjalan, I keep telling myself this 'let torture the heart for another 20minutes'. Lari lari lari..rasa tak larat, aku bisik lagi 'come on... just for another 10minutes and we can rest'. Berkesan siot. Senang je rupanya nak motivate diri time tengah berlari. Sedar tak sedar, jam sudah 6.30petang. ;) 

Dah dua tiga hari aku bangun pagi rasa letih, tapi  hari ini aku rasa sangat fresh sebab jogging semalam. Ezza suka. :)

Haa betul, kdg2 kite kena paksa diri sendiri. Aku selalu set target point. So larat ke tak mesti sampai kat target point.

Orang mcm kita yang senang nak gemok tapi susah nak mati nak kurangkan berat mmg kena paksa diri
