Giveaway - Strength Training Compilation

Aku baru lepas compile satu siri latihan untuk strength training membabitkan 
1. Upper body
2. Lower body 
3. Abdomen  
hasil dari bacaan dan carian kat internet. Terima kasih internet. Minimum equipment needed (read: dumbbell je). 

Senaman-senaman ini haruslah disusuli sekali dengan cardio exercise (jogging, power walking, jumping jack, kickbutt, jump rope etc etc). Kalau buat strength training je, takkannya terbakar lemak-lemak lebihan tu.

Strengh training bertujuan untuk membentut otot. Remember, otot burn more calories than fat) :)

Sesiapa nak module yang telah aku compile neh boleh email kat aku or leave comment in this entry with your email add. Nanti aku emailkan. No charge lah. Saje je penat aku habiskan masa compile and it quite useful untuk orang tak ada trainer dan tak pergi gym macam aku. Rugi kalau tak sharekan dengan orang lain. :)

Latihannya simple dan mudah diikuti. Kalau sentiasa buat (bersama dengan cardio exercise), insyaAllah within a month you will feel the different. Jangan lupa pula nak warming up sebelum tu. :)
