The Misunderstanding Concept of Losing Weight

Aku overheard one girl told my friend yang my friend neh lucky sebab tak payah bayar untuk exercise. Dia lak kena bayar sebab dia ambil gym membership. My friend cakap, eh kalau taknak bayar pergi jelah jogging kat tasik. Free. Dia lak cakap, I sweat more in the gym daripada kat luar sana. Eh bukan aku menentang gym tau tapi concept sweat more tu yang aku tak setuju. 

Anf kawan aku cakap dengan dia, kalau nak turun berat kena kontrol pemakanan juga.  Suffernya. I rather suffer in the gym daripada control what I eat.  This girl said. 

Inilah dimana kamu buat silap: 

1. Sweat is not equal to calories burned. Heart rate is. Duk bawah matahari memancar pun berpeluh, Even you did nothing. And of course tak bermakna duk bawah matahari terik sama dengan membakar kalori. Itu namanya membakar kulit. :)

2. To lose weight, you have to take control of what you putting inside. Sama penting dengan senaman juga. You will not lose any weight kalu bedal makanan macam buaya lapar and hit the gym and exercise for 1 or 2 hours.
