Flat Abs.. Fabulous!



To be honest, every time I watch drama on tv, (or muvi), tengok awek2 hot seksi-seksi dengan perut flat, ada satu benda yang bermain di otak aku. Tentunya, OMG How much efforts have she put to get those fabulous abs?? Must be one hell on exercise. Aku buat crunches 100 times each time pun rasa otot perut aku menegang (dan fuh...sangat la sengsara). Britney Spears did 1000 times crunches every day. Aku nak try 500 je lah dulu. Actually, 100 times crunches will only take 2-3minit. 1000 takde la ambil banyak masa. TETAPI, kesakitan 100 crunches pun dah unbearable, tu yang aku tak penah sampai 500 lagi tu. Hak hak hak.

I want those flat abs. (Macam takkan berjaya je) Tapi takpe, aku dah jumpa kata-kata semangat baru untuk aku buat motivation waktu aku rasa nak give up bila buat larian di tasik or circuit training at home. Aku jumpa dalam Glee season 2 episod 5 semalam time tengah tengok Finn practice dalam gym.

A'ah kesakitan 100 crunches memang unbearable. Nak gelak sakit. Aku dah la kaki gelak.

Weh apakata ko join bootcamp kat KL tu. aku nak join tapi kat penang takde aaa..

tapikan aku slalo bace there's no such thing as spot reduction. yg ade hnyelah total body fat reduction. caner ah. aku pon dpt flat abs gak. but seem immpossible.

aku mulut yang gelak. kaki tak penah lak gelak. hehehe. tapi to be honest, mencengkam ooo kat otot perut tu...adeh...seksa. malas malas je nak join bootcamp. nnt kantoi lak stamina tak sekuat mana.. hahaha

fara, betul tu. no suh thing... sebab tu kena combine dengan good cardio exercise. mana ada orang gemok 90kg tapi perut flat sebab buat crunches dan reverse crunches. kalau tak buat strength combine dengan cardio, nanti lemak memang hilang, tapi badan lembik. sebab kita tak bina otot bersama hilangkan lemak. :)
