Campaign: 10000 steps a day


Haha, meraban, siap buat poster bagai kan? Jom la weh, moh kita. 10000 steps a day boleh diconsiderkan kepada moderate active dah. Apa lagi, jom jalan. Pi shopping kira dah active. Ada excuse? :)

10000 steps sehari boleh lose weight.Provided tak makan macam pirahna lapar la kan.

Nai The Biggest Loser Season 2 Winner.

Even though he didn't win last night. Ada aku kisah? 


Sebab utama, dia kurus dan berotot, Raj kurus kering ala-ala baru lepas sembuh sakit leukemia. But what to do, the biggest loser is all about how much weight you loss not how good you look or muscle gain bla bla bla.

Pain is Temporary, Pride is Forever


Semalam aku sangat mengah selepas buat intensive training. Seriously, aku check jantung aku speed 140 beat / min. Aku nak teruskan buat strength exercise tapi aku rasa tercungap-cungap yang sangat. Peluh takyah cakap lah, leh perah kot towel tuh. 

Pehtu aku teringat masa tengok Giuliana and Bill (kat E channel), masa Giuliana masuk half marathon, kawan dia cakap kat dia time dia nak give up amat dah, pain is temporary pride is forever. That one hell of motivation man!  Tapi aku amik keputusan, buat senaman cool down, lepas tu, aku cabut kasut sukan, pergi tengok tv. Hahaha.
