Campaign: 10000 steps a day


Haha, meraban, siap buat poster bagai kan? Jom la weh, moh kita. 10000 steps a day boleh diconsiderkan kepada moderate active dah. Apa lagi, jom jalan. Pi shopping kira dah active. Ada excuse? :)

10000 steps sehari boleh lose weight.Provided tak makan macam pirahna lapar la kan.

miza nak gi JB celeb xmas. tapi kalau ko dan geng lain free. jom la gi hiking ke apa ke. lemau woo banyak sgt makan roti jala (tiap hari aku brekfes roti jala..)..
