Healthy Dishes: Jangan Terpengaruh Dengan Print Ads


Aku sekodeng katalog IKEA (untuk 15juta kalinya), kemudian aku tertengok last page. Pasal makanan kat foodcourt IKEA. Tengok-tengok gambar, kemudian aku tertengok wording kat atas neh.

Healthy dishes my foot. Chicken nugget is now consider as healthy food? Fries is healthy food? Meatballs is healthy food? What happen to this world?

Kalo iklan kata begitu, takpe lagi.. sebab tu iklan memang akan cakap macam-macam.

Takut, yg baca iklan tu terutama ibu-bapa yang percaya makanan tu memang healthy, itu yang masalahnya.

kalo nuggets dan meatballs buat sendiri dan bukan beli yg frozen punye.. mmg boleh jd healthy. even fries kalo dibuat fresh dan nak masak pon bakar dlm oven je instead of being fried.. it's definitely going to be considered healthier.. kan?

tatau la IKEA ni masak mcmmane sbb tak penah mkn pon kat sane. :P

healthy or not sesuatu mknn tu bergantung pd bbrp perkara. cara penyediaan, cara masak, portion kite mkn brp byk dan brp kerap mkn itu dimkn.
