Leg Cramps: Simpul Biawak: Tarik Mengkarung

Wa dah lama tak kena benda neh. Tapi sesekali kena memang rasa nak putus nyawa. Sapa tak pernah kena sepanjang hidup dia, memang bertuah sangat-sangatlah. Kesakitan dia, tak tersexplain. 

Malam tadi aku kena, adoi la...rasa nak menjerit jer. Eh menjerit je rasenye. Takde rasa-rasa. Aku pun mula google la tengok pasai pa. Eh yang menervouskan wa, google neh kate leg cramps / urat tersimpul neh adalah gejala common during pregnant? Peh, sesekali kena pun menitis airmata menahan sakit. Dia bagi common case pulak. So now aku kena expect nak mendapat leg cramp. Best gile sakit neh dowh. Mende neh selalu nya terjadi time tengah tidor syok2 diulit mimpi.  Hehehe. 

Aku baca neh antara sebab-sebab berlaku mende neh sebab kurang calcium. Peh, wa minum susu dah. Pil calcium pun dah makan. Haruskah aku tambah dose? Pehtu dia kata sebab sejuk, tak jugak. Wa sudah pakai stokin time nak tido. Dari bujang sampai la sekarang. 

Pehtu kurang air? peh tidak la, wa peminum air tegar. 3-4liter sehari tanpa sebarang complaint kepada complaint department. Berat berlebihan, mungkin jugak. Hehehe.
