Faktor Kegemukan

Orang Malaysia sebenarnya hanya ada dua sebab sahaja kenapa boleh jadi gemuk.

1. Faktor Malas Atau Tak bersenam

2. Faktor Pemakanan 

Yang pasal metabolisma rendah ke, hormon ke apa ke hanya sekadar penyedap nasi tambah. We need to blame it on something or in some other case blame it on everything but ourselves kan? :)

yeah sangat setuju..huhu,input doesn't equal with output..makan banyak,exercise nyer tak...that's fact..(based pengalaman sendiri ni,tak kata org tau! :) )

Itu la aku pun suka blame diri sendiri. Bukan apa..sebab kita BOLEH control makan, BOLEH control time tido, BOLEH control bila nak exercise.

Kena tukar ke BOLEH mindset tu then boleh la tul tak?
